DATA CARE

How we handle your legal data

We handle legal requests by linking them to the account record, not by guessing from a message alone.

Account Data

Your name, phone number, email, and login timestamps form the legal account record. We use them to confirm ownership, handle disputes, and contact you when a term change affects your account.

Payment Evidence

DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS receipts may be matched to wallet entries by reference code, amount, and time. This helps us answer payment disputes without relying on screenshots alone.

Cookie Use

Cookies keep your session active and remember basic device choices. You can clear them in your browser, but we may ask for extra verification when a cleared session looks different.

Access Security

Password resets run through the registered phone or email. When a new device signs in, we may hold legal changes until ownership is confirmed through your account path.

Record Retention

Wallet records, identity checks, and support messages are kept for the period needed to answer disputes and meet legal duties. When that period ends, we reduce or remove data where allowed.

Change Requests

To correct data, go to Profile > Account > Personal Details or email [email protected]. We may request a matching payment receipt before changing a name tied to wallet activity.

Legal questions before you join

These answers cover the legal points you are most likely to check before opening or updating an account. They do not replace personal legal advice, and they do not change the terms shown in your account area. If your location, device, or payment name creates a mismatch, contact us before you add funds or request a withdrawal.

Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. We do not decide your personal eligibility; you should check the rules that apply to your location before opening or using an account.

When you open an account, you accept the terms shown during the account step and in Profile > Legal. Those terms cover identity accuracy, wallet records, game-rule acceptance, and contact duties when details change.

We store payment references so your wallet history can be checked if a transfer is delayed, disputed, or linked to a withdrawal. The record may include amount, sender name, reference code, and timestamp.

Yes. Start in Profile > Account > Personal Details or email [email protected] from your registered address. We may ask for a phone check or payment receipt before changing data tied to wallet activity.

If local law does not permit access where you are, we may restrict login, wallet actions, or account services. Contact support before adding funds if you are unsure about your current location.

Cookies record session and preference data, not your personal legal consent by themselves. Consent to terms is tied to your account action, while cookie settings can be changed through your browser.

Our support team receives the request, then routes document-heavy cases to the legal desk through [email protected]. Include your account ID, registered phone, and a short reason so we can match the record.
